    • Please see each individual product for shipping times. We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND.
    • We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS while product is in transit as it is already on the way. 
    • Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday) without contacting us first!

    We provide standard insured shipping worldwide. We handle all the paperwork to successfully clear international customs as well as declare the price to avoid any taxes that may be imposed upon you. 

    • Standard Insured Shipping: Includes tracking number and covers for any possible lost parcels during transit. This does not cover for any possible stolen goods upon delivery.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we will process your order to our suppliers to send for immediate shipment.

    ORDER SHIPMENT

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. Please note that it takes up to 5-10 days for tracking information take effect and there is often a delay on transit between countries until it arrives in destination country.
